Spring has sprung! Get yourself out and moving. Whatever makes you happy! Walk, dance, stroll, hike, bike, skate, swim, stretch, jump, do yoga, swing, or run. Every little bit of activity helps move you in the direction of better health and wellness. Start feeding your body and mind with fresh air and movement. Get that oxygen to your muscles and clear your head of the stressors of each day. Create opportunities to be active every day!

Get active with your pet, too! May’s National Pet Day was founded by Celebrity Pet Lifestyle Expert and Animal Welfare Advocate Colleen Paige. Ms. Paige is a dog trainer, domestic and wild animal behaviorist, family and pet safety expert, and a pet lifestyle expert. This national recognition is offered to celebrate the joy pet owners have for their beloved animals and to remind people that many pets from local shelters need homes. The joy and love for animals can always be celebrated by taking good care of the ones you have and by considering rescuing those that need a good home.
